Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• The customer received the wrong size.

• The product received is faulty or damaged.

2. Condition for Returns To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted.

3. Return Process Customers are responsible for sending the return/exchange items back to us on their own. Please contact us at urbaneigh@gmail.com to initiate the process.

4. Non-Refundable Please note that we currently operate on an exchange-only basis for the specific reasons mentioned above. We do not offer monetary refunds unless an exchange is unavailable.
